الوصف الوظيفي Schedule Rev. 6 (or schedule applicable at time of consideration) to be the schedule for subcontractor to follow. Subcontractor to submit detailed 90 days schedule complying with rev. 6 schedule. Make sure that the BIM coordination & models are approved Arrange meetings for each package. Arrange coordination meetings with package subcontractor with other related subcontractor. Weekly review of the submittal log for coordination of shop drawing submission. Weekly review of the material submittal log & procurement Weekly review of the fabrication / delivery progress report Follow up with the commercial department for any contractual & variation orders that need to be settled. Follow up RFI & RFEI from the subcontractor. Responsible for finalization of Bi-weekly reports as per agreed format Handle general correspondence with the respective departments Work with and manage an established team of architects and engineers within a multidiscipline framework with a focus on the design of project, commercial and airport projects Develop technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity Provide extensive technical expertise and leadership for all relevant activities to ensure successful delivery of projects within time, quality, cost and client expectations. Comprehensively study the relevant international standards/ local regulations/ standards and practices and adopt the same applicable. Prepare comprehensive builder’s work drawings with coordination among all project and any other parties if required, for the best implementation and installation of services. Involvement in the preparation of “as-built” drawings and O&M;manuals. Attend all weekly meetings and follow up the action assigned on the specified dates without any delays. Follow up with subcontractor for delivery of design/shop drawings on time Responsible for overall plan, design/engineering/coordination and implementation / execution of respective services including control and monitoring of progress
