gDi is seeking a Sales / Presales resource with at least 8 years experience, in the Information Technology Fintech market, for the UAE, GCC, MENA region, with both short and long-term market goals in mind, ensuring the right strategy and processes are in place to get there.
Candidate will be based in the UAE and will work closely with top management to support activities that scale and innovate gDi sales from the ground up to ensure that the pre-sales / sales meet all of its objectives in this ever-growing and cutting edge industry.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
coordinate with gDi high level management to determine and reach expected sales goals
contact banks / government / large entities for potential business
ascertain marketing matrix based on market demand
manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
suggest updates / enhancements on company website
collaborate and engage with the sales function
close sales deals within sales planning / expectations
maintain good relations with the customer base and ascertain and meet their expanded requirements
maintain and manage excellent relationships with gDi solution partners
coordinate with gDi solution partners for the expected sales and the expected involvement of the solution partners to achieve the desired sales plan
expand and develop marketing tools for the presales and sales efforts
manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
determine and manage the marketing budget
deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
report on return on investment and key performance metrics
develop pricing strategy
create marketing presentations
make presentations to potential clients
create sales pipeline reports
liaise with media and advertising
monitor industry best practices
always be on the lookout for new solutions / technologies which could complement gDi suite of products

Education and Experience
business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
minimum of eight years’ experience in similar position(s)
banking solutions presales / sales experience
information technology presales / sales experience
experience in managing marketing strategies
has existing contacts in the banking / government / large entities
relevant product and industry knowledge
digital marketing skills
experience with relevant software applications
presales and sales experience
experience in all aspects of developing
