Description
Checks incoming work orders for completeness, and interacts with Operations and execution Engineers & supervisors to assess job status in the field before finalizing plan.
Determines and prepare work order required packages for all maintenance types including requirement of skilled resources, estimated man hours, required material list, tools, drawing, P&ID;and safety considerations in consultation with execution supervisor in order to plan and requisition for the same.
Checks the priority of the work order and suggests the priorities to be changed from urgent to normal after analyzing the work. Thus helping in reducing the maintenance cost by reducing unnecessary urgent jobs.(Scope screening participation for cost optimization)
Regular review and Maintain information on PM program/ Task list to ensure PM work order can be execute within recommended timeframe.
Maintains information on backlog jobs pending due to material unavailability, wait for engineering aspects / vendor and wait material and follows up with concerned departments
Maintain reliable implementation of SAP system and develop a master preventive maintenance, inspection and testing plan in conjunction with PA maintenance execution team, Technical Group and Inspection teams.
Ensure the optimum time to take equipment down and perform the necessary work including all outstanding jobs for the same equipment or system in the same proximity.
Assists Planning team leader to review, improve the quality of SAP master data by providing necessary reports
