I have an exciting opportunity with a multinational brand that is looking out for an experienced store supervisor in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate should have expertise in luxury/premium retail sector, ideally as a supervisor and managed a team of over 5 people in a multicultural dynamic environment.
Main responsibilities:
Management, motivation and training of the employees ensuring the relevant Company’s procedures are followed.Provide support for the Store Manager in analyzing results achieved and suggest action plans.Apply and respect the sales policies/procedures established by the Company.Collaborate with the Store Manager in order to develop and train the team members, detect talent and motivate the personnel.Set an example as a real Ambassador of the brand and project an exquisite image in accordance with the guidelines set by the Company.
Candidate specification:
Must have at least 5 years of experience in luxury/retail environment and minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.The ability to multitask and handle the pressure of a busy day.Drive and ambition to complete your tasks in a timely and effective manner.Strong internal and external communicator with the ability to interact with managers and colleagues at all levels.Candidates must be based in the UAE.
