The Organization:
Our client is a leading agricultural company in the UAE, with an opportunity to be the first poultry producer of free-range organic chicken at a commercial scale in the country. They are looking to hire a Business Development & Marketing Manager for this new product.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Executive & overlook the Business Development & Marketing plan for the market & region of operations;
• Coordinate on brand building and promotion activities in the region for the company;
• Lead the business development and marketing team & ensure in building a strong customer base;
• Coordinate on technical expert visits, Consultants visits, farmer meeting;
• Coordinate on campaigns to communicate key benefits of company products and differentiate from competition;
• Coordinate market survey to understand trends, gaps and opportunities;
• Periodic visits to the markets to meet customers, get feedbacks on campaigns, collect testimonials and support distributors;
• Learn technical aspects of the business and independently put together notes and campaign material;
• Any other assignments given from Management from time to time

• Proficient in MS Office and other back-office software
Education & Qualifications:
• Graduation / Post Graduation in Animal Science / Agriculture
• Good Experience in commercial poultry industry
• Postgraduate in Management (preferred)
