The role of Store Manager contributes to the success of Adventure HQ by upholding company values in running the store to the utmost professional standard.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone that lives and breathes adventure.
If you are organized, have an open mind, are driven to deliver exceptional performance, and are looking to work in a fast-paced work environment, then this is the place for you.
The ideal candidate must present the below:
• The ability to build, coach, and lead teams to foster an active and enthusiastic work environment geared towards increased sales and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with the local outdoor / sports community.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience managing a team in a retail operation, with a proven track record of driving sales and maximizing profits, preferably in the Middle East.
• Passion for outdoor sports and activities, and familiarity with the best products and brands in the adventure category.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially with Microsoft Excel.
• A firm grasp of retail formulas, along with the ability to mine data for insightful input, and the mathematical ability required to compile regular reports.
• P&L;exposure and understanding.
