This role is based on our plant site - Barakah, Ruwais. Accommodation, food and transportation are provided. 4 working days a week, 3 days off. 1 year contract hire, extendable.
We need experts in differnt fields of communication, who have experience with a full cycle. Based on the profile and interview we will see which part of Communication team the candidate will be suitable the most.
To serve as the site’s primary point of contact for internal and external communications, community relations activities, media interactions and contributions.
Station Goals
Counsel the Site Leadership in achieving station goals and ensure effective communications of corporate goals and initiatives to employees
Communication Program
Support and participate in business unit programs and initiatives and develop strong working relationship with line managers.
Media Communication
Produce accurate, compelling, and editorially proficient written communications and manage a variety of communication tasks to support leadership, including the development of talking points, short presentations, newsletters, and online content.
Communication Plan
Handle all logistics to implement communication plans and manage and ensure effectiveness of community relations acitivities and support the station’s emergency plan.
Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate communication both internally and externally in order to build and nurture mutually beneficial working relationships
HSE
Follow all relevant departmental HSE policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure HSE compliance in all aspects of work in accordance with sound management practices by applying these HSE policies and procedures to self and others to take reasonable care for the health and safety of people, or the environment, who are at the employee’s place of work who may be affected by the employees acts or omissions at work.
المهارات
Bachelors Degree in Communications
10+ years in Internal and External Communications
The candidate must have a broad understanding of press dynamics and organizational communications with proven communication skills - both written and interpersonal.
Previous experience as a company spokesperson is required and should be available to respond effectively and manage fast-paced communications and media issues for a 24x7 operation.
