The Organization:
Our client is a private healthcare group with hospitals, clinics and outlets throughout the UAE. For one of their hospitals in Abu Dhabi, they are hiring an experience OT Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervises and coordinates activities of all staff in the operating room;
• Ensures adherence to procedure and schedule;
• Supervises the procurement and maintenance of equipment and supplies, staffing and training of employees, and budgeting;• Makes day-to-day decisions for a group of OT Nurses and Technicians;

• Excellent communication skills;
• Excellent leadership and decision making skills;
• Ability to work well under pressure;
• Flexibility and the ability to juggle priorities;• Strong organizational skills
Education & Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in related field;
• HAAD/DHA/MOH license (or at least eligibility);• Proven experience in supervising/management role in operation theatre/room
