The Organization:Our client is a leading private healthcare provider in UAE offering international level services in healthcare. Their reach is through a specialized care hospital and more than 20 outpatient centres. They are proud of their progressive facilities and services, complemented by the latest technology supporting the most advanced surgical and diagnostic procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities:
For their specialized hospital, they are hiring a Consultant Fetal Medicine who is expert in dealing with medical, surgical, obstetrical , fetal and genetic complications of pregnancy.
• Gives regular prenatal care for women with high-risk pregnancies;
• Helps manage the mother’s existing health problems, such as diabetes and high blood pressure;
• Cares for women who develop complications during pregnancy or childbirth;
• Does tests and procedures, such as ultrasound, to check babies’ growth and development;
• Checks for birth defects and genetic disorders with tests such as amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), or umbilical cord sampling;
• Diagnoses and manages birth defects, heart problems, and blood disorders in a developing baby, including performing surgery if needed;
• Monitors labor and handles the delivery;• Manages any of the mother’s health problems after pregnancy, such as excessive bleeding, infections, or high blood pressure.

Education & Qualifications:
• MBBS or equivalent;
• HAAD/DHA/MOH license (or at least eligibility);
• At least 5 years of experience post qualification• Tier 1 qualification like CCST/CCT or American Board is mandatory
