الوصف الوظيفي The CRM Manager is responsible for setting and monitoring marketing strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with clients to meet agreed objectives and performance targets. The CRM Manager reports to the Head of Marketing in the current structure. The CRM Manager will liaise with Marketing, Sales, Customer Care/Call Center and the sales operation teams to realize marketing objectives. The CRM Manager will coordinate with IMKAN’s Head of Marketing and Head of Sales to boost our company’s market presence and increase customer engagement. Has to bring with him/her a solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics and also be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns. المهارات Strong leadership and client-service skills, with proven ability to lead people as well as plan and implement successful marketing strategies. Highly motivated with strong personal work ethic and ability to have strong customer service attitude with all employees and across functions. Excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational, prioritization and project management capabilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills including creation of executive level presentations Experience of project management of large scale initiatives that they have managed end-to- end Should possess strong interpersonal skills. Preferred Arabic Language communication skills Ability to utilize available resources effectively.
