Attend all regular scheduled meetings promptly with meeting viewpoints and feedback.
Coordinate with other departments accordingly with deadlines to complete task.
Visit, contact and follow up business /telephone sales calls.
Meeting clients and attending to events promptly when and if deemed necessary any complains /feedback or recommendation must be reported to immediate manager.
Complete and submit weekly reports in a timely manner with appropriate information.
Provides road map strategies to market trends.
Responsibility of updating on a timely manner main projects, exhibitions and events.
Ensure sales are driven to agreed sales budgets within the said calendar month.
Ensure events accounts /payments are settled within the agreed time period.
Perform any or other duties that may be assigned by management.

Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Good IT, budget and report writing skills.
UAE Driving license.
Confident to set prices accurately and create proposals.
Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills.
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English language and at least one additional language, Arabic or Indian.
Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines.
Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet.
Ambitious, creative and energetic.
