Role Purpose
Ensure that the IT Services are delivered according to defined and measured SLAs within agreed Statement of Work (SoW)
Key Responsibilities
• Operates IT Service Management Processes, such as Incident, Change and Problem Management.
• Assists with organizational transformation efforts as related to ITIL implementation across service design (Capacity & availability) & Configuration Management.
• Leads development and documentation of IT Service Catalog.
• Provides guidance and implements processes and artifacts for Service Transition, Service Design, Continual Service Improvement processes for ISO 2K Audit Compliance.
• Works with stakeholders to communicate ITSM vision and benefits.
• Develops strategies to eliminate gaps in service while improving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develops and Monitors Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing process documents/RCA’s.• Configuration Management – CMDB management & Business Service Mapping.
المهارات
Experience And Skills
• Minimum 7 to 8 years of relevant IT service management experience, should have worked specifically as a Service Deliery Coordinator or Process Analyst/Specialist in his previous Assignments
• ITIL Intermediate Certification
• HPSM expertise
• Microsoft Office – Visio, Excel & PowerPoint
• Fluent in English/ Arabic (added advantage)
• Ability to work through stressful situations such as IT application and infrastructure downtime
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
• Commitment to system integrity, stability, customers and ability to comfortably operate in rapidly growing and changing environments
• Capable of making decisions, monitoring progress, and reporting results• Excellent organizational skills
