Management of Scaffolding and Form work Division from Head Office for all the projects
• Complete control & management of scaffolding workshops and material yard, manpower and material on all the project sites
• Developing & implementing new ideas I concepts and designing new components for maximum utilization of our scaffolding I
shuttering material
• Designing and drawing I drafting complete shuttering, scaffolding and form work systems, and workout quantities
• Submissions and taking approvals of scaffolding and form work shop drawings and calculations from the respective project
Consultants
• Technical support for assembling and erection of scaffolding and form work and preparing method statements for all the projects
• Complete planning and scheduling of the work to meet the agreed program of deadlines for the project
• Coordinating with all departments in Head Office, issues related to Scaffolding & Form work
• Oversee quality control and safety matters on the sites, and ensure implementation of the same in all respects.
• Finalizing bills of scaffolding material suppliers I rental companies etc
• Deductions from the bills of subcontractors if any damage to scaffolding and form work materials
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time at project sites and workshops
• Oversee selection and requisition of scaffolding materials and checking whether the materials are as per the project specifications
and requirement.
• Ensure proper maintenance of materials, equipment and to advise on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost
saving mechanism
• Monitor the project site scaffolding & form work labor force. •
• Preparing debit notes for the project sites
• Issuing concrete pouring certificates to sites if required by respective project consultants
• Arranging third party inspection and certificates wherever required by the project
• Ensure sufficient scaffolding and form work material available at sites as per the program of project /
follow up with suppliers and logistics to avoid any delays to projects
RequiredQualifications:
المهارات
B.Sc/B.E Civil Engineer with 10-15 years of experience as a Scaffolding Design Engineer in a building
Construction Company preferably with 5 years of experience in any gulf countries.
