•As a shift leader, he will be responsible to follow up the operation activities, ensuring the company goals (productivity, efficiency and reliability) are met while keeping constraints of HSE (Environmental Health & Safety), Quality & Industrial Management System are respected and fulfilled.
•Lead / supervise the shift team during normal operation, start up and troubleshooting to keep production units and all associated equipments running at maximum productivity and minimum down time resulting in cost effective and safe operations.
•Perform the instrumentation related preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for the plant equipments as per vendors’ maintenance manuals and in compliance with the company maintenance program.
•Diagnose instrumentation problems (field devices, controller, PLC, analyzers…etc.), lead trouble shooting process; replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments when required.
•Following up the availability of required instrumentation spare parts, tools and consumables.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
•Minimum of 3-5 years of technical experience.
•Field of experience: Instrumentation maintenance, cryogenic experience will be preferred.
•Educational Background: B.Sc. of Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
•English proficiency, MS office tools user, and experience in Auto CAD is preferable.
