” Ticket Reservation Officer “ to join with the following Criteria:

Job Description include but are not limited to:

- Handle the Travel services for our clients.

- Book Flights, Hotels, Cruises, Car rentals, Football matches tickets… etc.

- Communicating with customers through various channels.

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job requirement:

- +2 Years of Experience in customer service is necessary.

- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.

- Bachelor or license degree holders.

- Tourism and hotels background is preferred.

- Age from 23 : 30 years.

- Able to use Microsoft office.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

- Have High command of interpersonal skills.
