Content Creator

Responsibilities:
• Development and structuring of creative content (Online & Offline Content Writing / Creating)
including articles, news posts, events and campaigns announcements to promote our products
/ projects.
• Ensure that developed content is consistent and is in line with corporate standards, business
strategy and values of our company and clients.
• Be able to proofread and edit copy before the publication.
• Create tailored content calendars for different target audience groups.
• Work with the marketing team to create a monthly content calendar across different channels.
• Research industry-related topics and be able to identify gaps and needs in the existing content
and propose new topics.
• Create various drafts using online tools for Content Management System.
• Work closely with graphic design team for the article’s and blogs illustration.
• Generate create / edit content for various social media platforms (Blogs writing, Video Blogs,
Stories, Live Broadcasts, Press Releases / Conferences Writing, Editing and preparation).
• Build and Maintain strong media / influencers relationships (online / offline).
Knowledge, skills & experience:
• Bachelor’s of Journalism or any relevant specialization
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the development of creative content in the Arabic / English
language.
• At least 3 years of experience in Egypt real estate culture.
• Be fully aware of sensitive issues that might arise in the social media & digital channels.
• Experience with creating tailored content calendars for various audience groups.
• Expertise in English to Arabic translations as well as creating original content in the Arabic and
English languages.
• Strong communication and writing skills
