We PCS Egypt need to hire IT Account Manager Create new Business opportunities, with new customers and existing customers. • Develop strategies to discover and secure new business opportunities • Reach potential customers through cold calling, face-to-face meetings and through web-mail applications • Provide customers with new quotations and negotiate them. • Maintain positive long-term relationship servicing existing customers and build new relationships with new customers. • Deliver Sales Presentations to high-level executives. • Handle all communications and issues that arise in the relevant account to ensure resolution. • Supply the manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services • Prepare all the tender documents and follow up on the deadlines of the tenders. • Achieve the agreed sales targets and outcomes and Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Follow up with the customers as an after-sales service to attract new business and enhance organization reputation. job requirements More than 2 years in IT felid Send your CV |
