Job Description

• Making over the phone international sales calls to potential clients in target markets
• Recruiting, coaching, training, and leading international sales team
• Reporting sales team’s performance to the General Manager
• Managing team performance to achieve target
• Delivering GM’s feedback to team
• Monitoring achievement of DTP Factory plans and targets
• Responsible for achieving sales goals and objectives, by implementing and revising sales strategies and by directing and motivating the sales team.
• Follow up international sales team’s attendance
• Collecting market information to analyze trends and identify business opportunities in Europe and America
• Conducting regional market research in order to identify market needs in the DTP Field and get clients for this field
• Provide information by answering questions and requests
