Localized Vision, a medium size company for translation and Design projects, located in 6th October City, Sheikh Zayed City, want to hire project coordinators.
The Project Coordinator will work closely to handle the company projects, including: planning, coordination, scheduling and execution of customer installs. They will help track the project to completion on schedule, on budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction. This goal for every project will be the Project Coordinator’s charter. For the right individual, this position has significant growth potential.
• Support the management of assigned projects throughout its life cycle
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule that will include all administrative tasks and encompass all sites that may be involved in the project
• Provide coordination between customer contacts and Localized Vision team members on all aspects of a project
• Provide detailed reporting to management on the development of projects
• Great organizational skills
• Flexibility during times of change and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Preferred: Fresh graduates or 1-2 years as experience
