Duties & Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate the activities of labor and technicians engaged in the production.
Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
Observe work and monitor indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards.
Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers.
Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
Requisition materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services.
Maintain operations data, such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results.
Participate in determining standards, budgets, production goals, and rates, based on company policies, equipment and labor availability, and workloads.
Inform the maintenance department as soon as was any machine or any of the production equipment malfunction to resolve it as soon as possible to ensure non-stop production and achievement of the production plan on time.
Conduct employee training in equipment operations and safety procedures, or assign employee training to experienced workers.
Recommend or implement measures to motivate workers and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency.
Enforce safety and sanitation regulations.
In addition to any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Education / Experience:
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering is a must.
At least (2) years of experience in the production field
