TrackMe seeks a highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter to join our Giza, Egypt staff as a Field Planning & Operation Manager.
In this role you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge of field operation, fleet management, field research methodology and assets management, among others.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Find resources internally and externally for field operation execution
• Supervise and manage day to day operation team, route planning, performance,
• Weekly route planning in conjunction with the GIS Data Analyst and Chief Technology Officer
• Budget planning and working within the field operation allocated budget
• Monitor and supervise field operation and deliverables
• Ensure the projects are running to the agreed timeline and budget
• Actively contribute to the company and share team experiences
• Handle client and colleague enquiries competently
• Carry out quality control checks on field operation and data collected
• Visit governorate s before project starts for identifying client assets
•
• Ensure effectiveness, project objectives and siting KPI’s for operation department.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Educated to a university degree level (Bsc. or BA.).
• 3 to 5 years experience in route planning operations covering all Egypt governorates.
• Experience with GIS software, Google Maps, Open Street Maps highly desired.
• An excellent communicator with an interest in people and their behaviour.
• Highly organized with good problem-solving and numerical skills.
• Able to pay attention to detail, plan ahead and meet deadlines.
• Positive, with constructive attitudes to the company and to colleagues.
• Comfortable in understanding and evaluating requirements from a field operation projects brief.
• Able to anticipate potential risks and take preventive measures so that the project flow will remain smooth at all times.
• Enthusiastic with a desire to learn from an experienced team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.
