The multimedia developer will be concerned to translate Photoshop design mockups into a clear on screen production which might be associated for World Wide Web or interactive multimedia CDs production, and regarding to his previous experience or his current strong skills he will be concerned to follow up directly with the client and to create tasks from scratch.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure final markup meets standards; the client’s needs, and maintains design vision. Conduct trouble-shooting and maintenance work as needed.
The final delivery of a project or artwork can be on an interactive CD-ROM or on the World Wide Web, part of a commercial or story for television or the big screen, a presentation for a few people or for millions, for commercial or educational use or for entertainment.
Otherwise, the M.M. developer must understand the essential relationship between all the production objects such as: Visual concept, Creative idea, Marketing prospective, Art works, Typography and digital audio in use, to be able to integrate and merge all these elements to produce a professional final Multimedia production based on the agreed standards.
Major Skills:
1. The Ability to integrate 3D objects from MAX or Maya to Flash CS3 or any other corporate multimedia application like Premier, After effect or macromedia Director
2. To have a strong knowledge of the color theories and the value of colors and its relationships
3. Storyboard creation supported by analytical skills, creative thinking and high attention to details
4. Scanning, photo manipulation, digital video\audio editing
5. Web page audio and video production
6. Expertise in web development tools such as Dreamweaver, FrontPage, including graphics and animation software
7. Proficiency with Photoshop (edit a PSD, cut up and optimize artwork, rasterizing and flatten layers, etc.)
8. Fair understanding of the creative design process and meeting deadline, and to be welling to learn about the company system
Experience:
1. To have 1-3 years of experience of the following in the same field

1. To appreciate the other’s opinions and their production
2. Cooperative and honest and welling to work in more than a one task in parallel
3. welling to learn and having an updateable knowledge supported with fair enough flexible character
4. Ability to work independently and on a team
5. Ability to search for the new technologies and new concepts

7. Photography skills including digital cameras and video is a plus

1. Ability to edit and optimize Audio files for podcasts
2. Basic web video production experience (basic editing, titles, compression)
3. Experience with Javascript/Ajax
4. Hand drawing and sketching up story boards
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
1. Associated bachelor’s degree in fine arts or mass communications
2. Diploma in Film making production or any associated certificate will be a plus
3. Certifications in Desktop Publishing and Multimedia Developer would be assets
4. Knowledge and experience in using:
* Adobe Photoshop CS4
* Adobe Illustrator CS4
* Adobe Acrobat 9
* Macromedia Dreamweaver CS4
* Macromedia Director
* Cult 3D (is a Plus)
* 3D MAX or Maya (is a Plus)
* Flash CS4/Actionscript 3 for presentations, slide shows, interactive websites, etc.
* Adobe Soundbooth CS3\Cool Edit (Audio)
