Title: Sales Executive
Gender: Male/Female
Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager
Based at: Tanta, Egypt
Job purpose:
GM is searching for a talented Sales Executive to work in our showroom, and in some rare circumstances he/she maybe required to do outdoor sales. The mission of the Sales Executive is to plan and carry out all sales activities. He/She is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock.
Recording sales and order information via hard copies and entering into a computer system.
Receiving Computers & Laptops coming for maintenance and understand and record in details the problem facing the client to deliver it to the maintenance team.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
Representing our organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with our company’s managers.
Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
You may also be involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.
