Administration Assistant Tasks 1- Handle all the Incoming and Outgoing Phone Calls & Faxes. 2- Co-operate with the internal stuff to handle and finalize the projects of the company. 3- Handle all the different types of Marketing Campaigns (E-mail Shoot, Fax Shoot….etc.). Administration Assistant Skills 1- Good Command of English Language. 2- Professional in using MS Office (Word – Excel – PowerPoint). 3- Professional on searching on the Internet and using e-mails programs like Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook. 4- Data Entry Skills. 5- Typing Skills (Both of Arabic & English). 6- Presentable, Good Looking, Hardworking & Team Worker. Other Requirements - The applicant is preferred to be a Female. |
