• Receiving incoming calls and providing technical support to ADSL problems
• ADSL Troubleshooting and fix line services .
• Handling customer technical problems outdoor
• Communicate directly with the partners’ team and supporting them by mail and through the phone
• Splitting ADSL lines at exchange
• Installing ADSL service to customers
• Installing network cabling and switches
Qualifications
• BC.s in computer science or High graduate
• CCNA certificate
• Familiar with troubleshooting PC problems
• Familiar with installing and configuring Wired and wireless Network
• Familiar with troubleshooting network problems
Experience : 0 – 2 Years.
Gender :male
Education : Computer Science or Related filed
