Receiving complaining customers calls, Provide coordination between several service departments of the company to solve customer complaints, feedback with customer to ensure their satisfaction, Making reports about customer complaints and do periodically survey to ensure customer satisfaction, Provide best possible service to both external and internal customers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction , Participate in team day to day tasks, Attend training in both product knowledge and customer service and pre-selling skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related filed
Gender : male
Experience : 0- fresh graduate
Other Skills : Knowledge of principles and practices of customer service and care
Excellent computer skills
Salary (L.E.) : Negotiable
