Job Description
- Monitor all online orders
- Responsible for all online payment methods
- Check and Follow up all online orders and reconciling between them and Bank Merchants
- Contact banks in case a problem happened and follow up till solving .
- Solve all customer problems, regarding paying online .
- Check and Follow up all Canceled orders daily for any errors and contact the customer direct until they make success orders.
- Test Website when adding a new payment method and check its uses in admin panel for any bugs
- Preparing Reports
