Egypt HiTech provides development and support services to Consensus Medical Systems applications. EGHT has immediate openings for web applications support specialists located in ElMansoura/EGYPT.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Mastering Consensus web applications and understanding the backend database structure.
• Customization of clinical applications according to the client’s requirements using internal application tools.
• Respond to support calls and requests using tools like GoToMeeting, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.
• Assists in the design or selection of appropriate technical solutions for business problems
• Develops, documents, and debugs technical solutions using standard tools and languages, including all layers from database to UI
• Build queries, dashboards, and reports as requested.
• Carries out other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science
2. Clear fluent spoken and written English with excellent communication skills (essential)
3. Knowledge of web applications and software development lifecycle
4. Knowledge of any of the following:
a. Microsoft SQL Server
b. Microsoft C#
c. Python
d. JavaScript
