Executive Manager
The Role
An established company (since 2012 in Egypt market) in oriental perfumes and gulf culture incense ( Official Agent for Oriental Perfumes from KSA) for whole sales / distribution with expansion plan for retail is now looking to hire an Executive Manager due to re-engineering the company structure.
Principal Accountability:
• Achieve key strategic and operational objectives focusing on Marketing Contribution, Market Share, Cost Management And Leadership.
• Specific responsibility for achieving profitability targets, managing price levels, margins and payment terms and managing of all aspects of company operation.
• Manage the efficient administration throughout the company structure, of all the company’s financial cash flow and assets, Manage all aspects of budgets successfully, ensuring profit objectives are delivered and cost control as per budgets..
• Provide input and identify market opportunities to the business strategy to reflect market needs and prepare short term and long term business plans and budgets for the market and input into wider strategies as directed by top management
•The job holder will have to work across functions and bridge the communication across all involved parties / resources to ensure an appropriate understanding of strategies / targets and to ensure that implementation of actions is facilitated for achievement, developing appropriate long and short term strategies for the market.
• Ensure all activities, communication and practices are adherence with the company policies and guidelines.
• Seek out business opportunities which will enhance market penetration and long term business growth in line with approved business and concept strategies. Alert line management to new market developments which provide potential opportunities and risks.
Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following skills and attributes :
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Considers must have bachelor degree in business administration, finance or equivalent related to business nature , preferred have Master degree / MBA
• Experienced manager with 10 to 15 years experience at least 5 yeas in managerial level position in perfumes company, marketing, sales and distribution background as well as retail control experience.
• Extremely strong people and strategic leadership skills in addition to communicating, analytically and business development skills.
• Diplomatic and influencing in nature and to have the ability to maintain good relations with partners whilst influencing strategies to streamline the company’s vision, objectives and action plans with business owners.
Other specific experiences and skill required:
- Excellent understanding of the company’s trade marketing strategies.
- In depth understanding of business nature.
- Understanding of Finance.
- Business development background.
- Strong communications skills.
- Fluency in English highly desirable.
- Computer Skills.
