Qualifications:
-At least a Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
- English Language Teaching Qualification
Skills:
has experience in training in a multi-cultural environment
strong attention to detail and with excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
work closely with the Training Development Specialist to coordinate and plan Service Excellence training for our team
Provides Service Excellence to both internal and external clients.
good administration, communication, time management and organizational skills
