We are looking for a senior experienced PHP/CSS developer with development experience on the Magento open source e-commerce software platform.
- Strong PHP5 + Object Oriented Programming skills
- Good understanding of the Zend Framework
- Experience with software development lifecycle, from analysis & design to production deployment
- Familiarity and experience working on Linux OS (openSuse would be an asset)
- Expert understanding of XHTML/CSS/Javascript/Ajax
- Ability to write design specifications, programming specifications, and documentation
- The ability to produce fast loading, bug free sites
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Building dynamic websites using XHTML, CSS, and PHP
- Converting Photoshop mock-ups of web sites into pixel-perfect,valid XHTML/CSS
- Building dynamic Flash applications using Actionscript (2, 3 is a plus) and XML
- Producing email and web templates
- Enhancing websites using Javascript
- Cross-browser testing and implementation
You will have good communication skills, extensive experience of dealing with clients and have a passion for helping customers. The ability to work in a pre-sales environment, demonstrating the power of the Magento Platform is a pre-requisite.
