Remote Detail-Oriented Social Media Manager Assistant (Work From Anywhere)

As our Social Media Assistant, your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the success of our social media campaigns and collaborations. The primary focus of your work will involve writing and finding brands like {Quillbot, Scribehow, Heygen, 10Web, etc} within our niche, reaching out to them, and following up on potential partnerships. Additionally, you will be responsible to create catchy videos about useful websites so having good editing skills is a bonus. This role involves a lot of text communication, writing, and coordination, where every small detail matters.

Here’s an overview of the key responsibilities and tasks you would be handling:

1)Brand Outreach and Follow-up: You will be responsible for identifying brands in our niche and reaching out to them with collaboration proposals. Your meticulous approach to crafting messages and attention to detail will help you highlight the unique value we can provide. Moreover, your commitment to follow-up will nurture and maintain relationships, ensuring fruitful partnerships.
2)Create videos using your phone and editing them.
3)Client Support: You will also be supporting our clients by reaching out to potential brand partners on their behalf, coordinating communication, and managing the intricacies of collaboration processes. Your ability to handle multiple tasks while paying close attention to small details will ensure smooth and successful client experiences.
4)Content Curation: Alongside brand outreach, you will play a pivotal role in content curation for our social media platforms. Your meticulousness in finding engaging content related to AI news, AI tools, tech hacks for marketing, and productivity will help us maintain a high-quality presence. By focusing on the small details, you will contribute to our brand’s credibility and engagement.
