Title: IT Help Desk support
A- Deploy updates and security patch:
o Responsible for the support, ongoing maintenance, administration & troubleshooting of BigFix environment, including patch management, software standardization, Fixlets / Tasks/Baselines/Analyses/Actions creation, creating web reports filters, schedule reports, etc.
o Understand the configuration and management of Relays and create patching baselines to test in pilot groups for proper change management and rollout to production environments.
o Apply security updates and patches using BigFix to endpoints monthly.
o Test new releases of products to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.
o Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns from clients or other employees.
o Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns from clients or other employees.
B- Provide support to teams
o Mastering troubleshooting and installing for Mac OS including but not limited to all applications related to Apple environments such as Apple Facetime, Apple ID, Apple network, Apple devices connectivity, etc., and Microsoft Windows client including all applications.
o Excellent knowledge of Network Troubleshooting including but not limited to diagnose network components and elements has ability to discover any network issued and create issues root cause reports.
o Provide a hardware assessment, create technical reports, and Inspection process.
o Need excellent knowledge of Hardware equipment, including (PCs, laptops, printers & scanners).
o Ability to install/uninstall Hard Disk, RAM, etc.
o Ability to create hardware technical reports for (PCs, laptops, printers & scanners).
o Ability to make PC or laptops assessment for hardware, software, and device performance.
o Ability to handle hard disk wiping, including hard disk removal from the device and reinstalling it after wiping.
C- Daily desktop technical support tasks.
o Good at Installing Windows OS & Software.
o Knowledge of configuring and Troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook.
o Ability to diagnose hardware problems.
o Ability to configure SMTP for network printers and scanners.
o Ability to check for solutions to solve issues.
o Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns from clients or other employees.
o Provide a professional first technical point of contact for the customer
D- Skills:
o Fluent in English.
o Handworker.
o Excellent Communication Skills.
