Job Description

You must have the right to work in your city
As a City Launcher, you will have full P&L;responsibility for your city.
You will set up, and build the gomycode hackerspace.
You will set up, hire and manage your own team of about 5-10 people, and set targets to achieve success.
You will identify new business opportunities for the company and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be involved in all operational aspects, from strengthening internal processes to setting up citywide marketing campaigns.
You will have to guide and motivate your own team of ambitious and talented people.
You will be in constant contact with our central team to align our global strategy and targets.

You have a hands-on attitude and you don’t shy away from completing a whole range of operational tasks.
You are an analytical mind with outstanding people skills.
You are confident with making decisions based on data.
