About the role

Position: Flagship/ Location Manager

Locations: Dokki/ Greek campus

Availability: Full-Time

Job Description

Ensure a great learning experience for all students
Run the day to day operations of the hackerspace smoothly and effectively
Manage student and the instructor onboarding processes.
Provide post-sales technical support for new customers.
Create a supportive environment for learning, creativity, and creation.
Manage the hackerspace capacity by coordinating with the sales and operations team
Elicit feedback from students and instructors to ensure improvement in overall experience
Serve members through instruction, providing clear processes and clean and safe work environments.
Work with Marketing to organise events such as workshops, info sessions, demo days, job fairs etc

Aware that he or she is the only one who represents the students and instructors at the same time. Able to organize own work effectively and to establish priorities.
Able to work well as part of a team and independently.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively track many projects simultaneously.
Able to establish priorities for assignments when faced with heavy workload and deadlines

Required education and experience

You have gained 3+ years work experience in an operations or project management role
You have a university degree from a reputable school
