Sales Executive- Interior Design

Requirements:

- Experience: 1-3 year

- Pay great attention to details

- Show excellent public speaking and presentation skills

- Display excellent time management

- Familiar with architectural specifications and BOQs

- Fluent English speaker

- Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software

- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing quotation and proposal based on client’s needs

- Able to handle customers’ expectations

- Analyzing the client’s needs and specifications and formulating offers for them

- Find ways to improve designs and finishing proposals with clients

- Keep tracking market trends

- Responsible of follow-ups with clients

- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with existing and new clients

- Generates new business opportunities
