Public Relations Ambassador

Application Development Company is sponsoring the first Elite Doctors’ Consortium in Egypt and looking for
pioneers to help forming the consortium and invite all concerned parties to participate. We are seeking to hire
Public Relations Ambassadors who will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive image for our
company. You will be in charge of establishing and maintaining relationships with all medical and tourism
communities and public interest groups. Also, you will be writing press releases and other media
communications, responding to requests for information and press conferences, and coaching client
representatives in the correct way of communicating with the public and with clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need a deep understanding of the consortium and its targeted audiences.
You will also need excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in handling a press
conference, group meetings, and workshops is also an advantage but not a must. You will work as Public
Relations account executives and are responsible for handling all aspects of planned publicity campaigns and
PR activities.
Public Relations Responsibilities:
- Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
- Writing and producing presentations, and other media communications to promote clients.
- Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations
- Organizing and attending events, press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits
- Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations
- Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current campaigns
- Analyzing media coverage and undertaking relevant market research
- Liaising with clients, managerial staff about budgets, timescales and objectives
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, community, and public interest groups.
- Coaching client representatives in effective communication with the public and employees.
Public Relations Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in journalism, PR, marketing or related field.
- Experience handling a press conference is preferable but not a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pitch to media.
- An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
- Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
- Creativity in securing coverage and buzz with traditional outlets.
- Understanding of social media and bloggers.
- Quick and enthusiastic learner.
Salary and bonus: Basic 10,000 L.E. plus monthly bonus 10-20 thousands L.E.
