We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced sales engineer to join our company. In this position, you will develop sales proposals, estimates, specifications, and presentations. You should prepare strategic plans to increase revenue and position us as the leading machinery providers in our industry.
You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
Responsibilities
• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations of products,
• Learn the technical details concerning our machineries,
• Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers; position our products as the best solutions for prospective clients,
• Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback; evaluate data we receive through digital channels,
• Generate high-quality sales leads; follow up after initial meeting,
• Identify areas to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business,
• Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis,
• Help clients solve problems with installed equipment,
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, electrical, mechanical) or pharmacist,
• 2 to 3 years’ work experience as a Sales Engineer is a plus,
• Very good command of English language; French or Italian knowledge is a plus,
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills,
• Effective communication skills with the ability to listen, understand, educate, and influence customers/potential customers regarding products,
• Willingness to travel,
