Broker Team Leader – Real Estate Industry

For real Estate Company located in Nasr City, Cairo.
Responsibilities:
Sell property for clients, perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, and discuss conditions of sale. Lead sales team Performance.
Qualification and Education
- Work experience: 3:5 years in Brokerage real estate.
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Courses: Preferred to hold sales, communication skills and negotiation
- Must own a car
- Languages: Excellent English
- Computer Skills (especially excel, word & outlook).
- Age: Maximum age 35.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication skills, Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and leadership skills.
- Ability to use statistical techniques to analyze and fulfill client requirement Collecting, interpreting, problem-solving, decision-making, research skills.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly
- Excellent teamwork skills
Package:
- Salary 4000 + Commission 5 %
- Social & Medical insurance
- Working Hours: 8 hours
- One day off.
