مهندس معمارى مدير تصميم

مطلوب لشركة استثمار عقارى مهندس معمارى خبرة 10 سنوات على الأقل للعمل كمدير تصميم، وله خبرة فى المكاتب الهندسية، وعلى دراية جيدة ببرامج التصميم.

تفاصيل الوظيفة:
– Create unique conceptual design interior / exterior ideas.
– Create and develop high-end 3D presentations.
– Leads and monitors the design process from conceptual phase through construction, ensuring the design ideas is consistent and properly executed.
– Produces and supervise technical drawings, details and specifications with other architects/ engineers.
– Lead and mange design team (Architects/ Engineers)
– Follow up municipal approvals and required permits for projects.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
– Highly creative, excellent free hand sketch
– Excellent presentation skills.
– Hands on experience with high-end residential projects with min 10 year.
– Able to work independently & self-motivated.
– Professional user of AutoCAD / Office /Revit /3D Max
– Very well acquainted with AutoCAD layers and Xref.
– Knowledgeable with local codes & practices
– Bachelor Degree of Architectural or fine Arts.
