Job Description:
1.Design, upgrade, & implement supply chain strategies, structures and SOPs, with focus on total quality, lean operations, overall capabilities upgrading, cost savings, inventory reduction, complexity elimination, & customer service leveraging. Managing production Manpower, Material, Machinery, Assets utilization & Capacity studies. Budgeting, steering, performance tracking & assessment, reporting & root cause analysis. Planning & implementation of preventative controlling on Supply Chain operations, SOM, & Logistics steering.
2.Managing Investments projects planning & budgeting, Technical buying, suppliers & contractors. Preparation of new projects feasibility studies, business cases evaluations, simulations of different business models, & decision supporting KPIs. Handling Business & plant financials (Budgeting & Expenses monitoring).
3.Identify and implement continuous improvement plans, Change management, Complexity reduction initiatives, Setting up and implementing short term and long term business plans, Setting up business KPI’s, Challenging Target setting and standardization of operational processes.
Job qualifications:
Engineering background is a must - MBA is a plus.
From 10 to 15 years of experience with multinational companies and flat organization.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal skills.
Experience developing and managing budgets, hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel.
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
