Duties and responsibilities:
Create and manage a large sales team ensuring that the sales target is achieved and the development of the sales team
Creating sales plan that is well presented the commercial director
Qualification:
-Good knowledge of first home properties within New Cairo, El sherouk and the other destination within Egypt.
-Ability to manage a large sales team while motivating them and passing on new sales skills etc..
-The ability to work under pressure, insure that they are always up to date with market prices and competitors.
-Experience: Min 10 years of sales experience within the real estate industry.
-Education: Bachelor degree.
- Language skills: Good command of both written and read English.
