Main tasks
1- Organize material (User guides, Manuals, Installation procedures) and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
2- Select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material.
3- Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding.
4- Fully understand the software application to be described in the manuals.
5- Prepare other documents like (BRD business requirements document, Scope documents, SRS system requirements specification, Swim chart, business flow chart, process map)
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in either a scientific or engineering field or English language is MUST. English language school or education is preferred.
Experience
·1-2 years of related experience in software development companies.
