Job Duties:
• Facilitate implementation of new services or service enhancements.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
• Exceeding monthly quota objectives through outbound sales activities;
• Accurately forecasting opportunities based on realistic assessments;
• Strategically managing the pipeline of opportunities;
• Meeting internal metrics including: call volume, number of opportunities, and closed business;
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Optimize productivity and follow up on all leads in a timely manner;
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT or training field.
