• Build new prospects for new business opportunities with the goal of maintaining assigned levels of business and expanding new sales
• Understand our products’ and services’ offering
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
• Understanding customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
• Conducting sales presentations for prospective clients both technical and non-technical audiences
• Maintaining an effective communication channels with the clients
• Achieving sales targets
• Maintaining customer satisfaction through after sales follow-up
• Following up sales leads and new customer in the pipeline
• Identify customer current and prospective needs and provide information about the company’s products and services.
• Identify sales promotion opportunities in order to increase the business potential.
• Build long-term relationships with the clients by always giving client the personalized service they deserve.
• Gathering data and , compiling necessary information, and preparing daily and Monthly reports
• representing the organization at various community and/or business meetings; promoting existing and new programs and/or policies
• Creating proposals/Contracts to promote company products and negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• gathering and recording all data in CRM
• Hand Over Awarded contracts for Project Management Teams and facilitation of Kickoff of project
• Follow up with the development department to make sure that customer requests are fulfilled
• Pro-active evaluation of products not developed
• Gathering market and customer information
• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
• Help in department general business development and marketing activities whenever needed
Qualification and skills
• Bachelors for any discipline
• min 2 or 3 years’ experience in marketing and sales mandatory
• need both previous software experience or not
• background marketing and sales knowledge is must
• background information technology (option)
• Thinker and creative
• Hard worker and Collaborator with team
• Very good Presentation skills
• Excellent looking and personality
• English languages is good
