-Maintaining and increasing sales of the company products.
-Manage the distribution through the distributor to maintain company policy and strategy.
-Reaching the targets and goals set for the area.
-Establishing, maintaining and expanding customers base.
-Covering the needs of existing customers.
-Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
-Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole.
-Recruiting and training sales staff.
-Allocating areas to sales supervisors.
-Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
-Monitoring team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.
-Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
-Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts.
-Collecting customer feedback and market research.
-Reporting to sales managers.

-Professional competencies:
University graduate
4 - 6 years of related experience in food sector, preferably snacks and distribution channels specially retail market, kiosk and grocery.
Profound knowledge about the Egyptian trade structure and about M.T & B2B sales processes.
Ideally experience in developing sales/sales support strategies.
Professional appearance.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
English fluency and team work.
Valid driving license and a car is a must.
