Suitable candidate should be able to:
- Participate in a company-wide organization development project by gathering data about internal processes, procedures, and policies.
- Build a solid system for interviewing new employees and hiring procedures.
- Adopt an accurate system for performance management, built on a concrete business plan and under an umbrella of a strategic, long-term plan.
- Implement a performance appraisal system, evaluating each job according to separate performance contract, driven from the annual business plan.
- Taylor and customize a training plan that fulfill filling performance gapes, especially on the on-the-job training activities.
- Reflect company’s structure on an obvious career planning scheme, fulfills a sound system for career succession.
- Develop and manage a performance-based salary-scale.
- Build and maintain an accurate personnel system, deal with governmental authorities and has a good knowledge of labor law.
Candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Suitable degree in Business Administration – Post graduate studies is an advantage.
- Training courses in human resources are preferable.
- At least six years of experience in human resources development and performance enhancement.
