-Planning the course schedule and aligning it with the participants needs.
-Guide the participants to create new ideas for enhancing their learning process.
-assess the participants progress compared to their expectations . 
-Has the ability to convey the message Easley and simply. 
-Handling all types of participants considering the class instructions.
-Understand the participants needs and help them to achieve their objectives.
Qualifications:
- One year experience in the training field.
-Native-like English speaker.
-TOT/Training certificate is a must .
-High presentation and communication skills.
