Responsibilities
• Plan and execute BTL and ATL advertising campaign.
• Supervise the design and creative work.
• Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development.
• Managing a portfolio of accounts
• Using contacts to generate new business
• Engaging in project management duties
• Delivering presentations
• Attending meetings with clients
• Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material.
• Prepare and negotiate advertising contracts.
• Direct, motivate, and monitor the mobilization of a campaign team to advance campaign goals.
• Monitoring market trends
• Carrying out consumer research
• Overseeing a team of junior staff
• Plan and execute advertising policies and strategies for organizations.
• Coordinate with the media to disseminate advertising.
• Contact organizations to explain services and facilities offered.
• Supervise the production and execution part with suppliers.
Required Skills
• Any relevant university degree, MBA or masters is a plus
• 5+ years experience in working across BTL and ATL campaigns (preferred in agency side)
• Fluent in communication in both English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
• Have experience leading an advertising team.
• Have already a big link network.
• Decision-making skills.
• Effective communication, negotiations and presentations skills.
• Have a solid background on Branding & Marketing
• Have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts
• Strong multi-tasking skills
