Job Description:
1- Monitoring and supervising all retail and sales related operations and ensures implementation of the policies and procedures of the company among the brand’s team, by performing the following duties>
2- Supervising the sales activities within each store in Cairo Area .
3- Holding regular meetings with management and staff to communicate the targets and objective of each quarter
4- Feeding new training materials to upgrade the knowledge of the brand and the product among the team .
5- Sharing the HR department in Hiring staff for the stores.
6- Appraising staff.
7- Monitoring correct and timely delivery to the stores from merchandise.
8- Ensuring proper documentation between outlets and other departments.
9- Gathering the input information from the stores adequate and satisfying customer services rendered by the staff
